CV

My professional career has been evolving over the years, although always in technology and business organization areas. I'm passionate about project management, execution frameworks and good practices. Frameworks where people may self-manage, and communicate constantly to overcome rigid plans that may be unachievable.

I began my professional career in the mid 90's, as a technology manager in a furniture manufacturing company. Subsequently, as a computer developer and, in the 2000's I hopped to the consulting world. First as an analyst, and then as a project manager.

In 2010, I was completely conscious that the waterfall world and the communication liturgies did not favour my teams work at all. I began to consider incorporating the agile good practices.

Currently, I dedicate myself completely to help companies and teams in their progression to the agility practices. Not only in their ordinary project management, but even more important, in the acquisition of the necessary vision and attitudes.

I'm PRINCE2 practitioner certified in APMG, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Product Owner (PSPO) by Scrum.org. And Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS-Nexus) by Scrum.org.

I hold a Master in IT and Education (eLearning), and a degree in Computer engineering, both at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). I have been collaborating as an associate professor for 6 years in the IT and Education (eLearning) Master, to assist students with their Master's disserations. I have been a trainer in Barcelona Activa (Cibernarium) training employees in project management with agile good practices, continuous improvement and satisfaction evaluation.
