Over 15 years leading technological projects and transformation offices, working with multidisciplinary teams in sectors such as education, insurance, banking, healthcare and the public sector.

In consulting, I have driven technological transformation and operational improvement initiatives for banking and insurance companies, helping define governance models, PMO structures and monitoring mechanisms that align technology, teams and business objectives.

At the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, I coordinated strategic projects such as the implementation of Google Workspace for more than 200,000 people, the development of educational platforms and the definition of management methodologies based on JIRA.

Previous experience includes projects in the public sector, healthcare and logistics, as well as responsibility roles in application and infrastructure management, with tasks similar to those of a CTO.

I have also worked as a trainer in agility, project management and change management, and as a teaching collaborator in master’s programmes at the UOC. My profile is completed by a degree in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Education and ICT, and certifications in PRINCE2, Scrum, Nexus and risk management.
